Lessons

(Professor Featherbottom learns all about Clarinet parts.)

Brooke is a Kid Certified Fun Teacher (that's what the kids say!).  That said, she also teaches every age group.  Eager Learners are  her specialty.

Each lesson is divided up into instrumental skills, theory knowledge, and even some musical history.  All lessons contain activities that stimulate a child's sense of play, fun, and inquisitiveness.

All lessons are geared toward the success of each student, and no One Plan covers everyone.  Each student has their own learning style, interest levels, and 'speed'. Brooke makes the hard work of learning an instrument FUN.

So far, so good.

Lessons are available year round, and time slots are one hour (unless there is a specific need for a different time period).  Many students even have 1.5 hour lessons, or even 2 hours.  (And they ASK for them!)  Me thinks they have way too much fun at lessons.
.
(The First Note!)
Brooke takes students from all over Maine, and New Hampshire (some even take the ferry from off shore islands).

Before you begin formal lessons, you have a Trial Lesson with Brooke. We all (parents, too) sit down together to find out if we will make a good team.  That's why it's called a Trial Lesson (and is without obligation of ANY kind).
